Kung Fu, as the cultural icon of China, has been performed at many significant world events and in countless famous films. This camp will uncover the secrets, legendary heroes, and stories behind this mysterious Eastern martial art. If you want to know more about Kung Fu, become more focused, learn perseverance, as well as improve your leadership, search no further! Campers will have the opportunity to learn some Kung Fu movements, explore the Kung Fu cultures and legends, as well as make new friends throughout the week.

How to Connect
This camp is 5 days long and includes:
Daily 60 min lessons with the camp instructor at a time TBD (video conference).
Daily 30 min optional drop-in fun activities prepared by our camp assistants at 12:30pm (video conference)
Daily 60 min check-in's and additional lessons with the camp instructor at a time TBD (video conference)
A digital curriculum package of activities, video conference links, and recommended materials lists sent to participants two weeks prior to the camp start date; families are required to be present in the household during lessons but may not be required to assist (PDF)
End of week digital presentation by all weekly participants on Friday (video conference)
All video conferencing will be done through Zoom. You do not need an account but may be required to download the software to run this program on your computer and you will have to visit the app store to download the app on your cell phone or tablet. Families will be required to use a device with both a microphone and web cam to engage with this camp; these come standard on most tablets, smart phones, and laptops, but may not be available on your desktop computer.
